The two main problems within warehouses

Companies invests a large amount of money in building a warehouse. If the goods are ‘stored’ in auto-shelves on the ground, the useful volume of this warehouse will be less than one-fourth of what it should be.

The use of a forklift (that could be rented) and racks (an investment as the building itself) will allow to take advantage of the entire height of the warehouse building.

This is the main problem of small and medium size warehouses.

He is a great professional, but our Warehouse Manager will have some holidays during the year. In that period, nobody in the warehouse will know exactly where are the goods that they must serve. If the manager isn’t good, the yearly audit will fail.

There are hidden costs to find the goods in the warehouse or to receive them twice. These costs are especially significant if we try to maintain a proper rotation.
